Can I upgrade at any time and how would I upgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade your current package at any time by simply submiting a ticket from your client area. 

It is free to upgrade and you will only be billed for the price difference of the upgraded plan. You can only downgrade by the end of your billing cycle.
