We feel that there is nothing more important than the safekeeping of your records and in an effort to address this, we are always looking for new ways to ensure the highest security measures in ways that are easy to comply with and highly secure. To keep up with these standards, we have recently made the decision to implement a new security protocol to safeguard your account from unauthorized access and changes. Please take the time to update your account settings to take advantage of these changes and protect your online assets.
Effective March 15th, 2012, any changes to your account (upgrades, downgrades, purchases, cancellations, etc.) will require verification of your personalized security question to be addressed. Prepare for this change easily and quickly by logging into your account portal and choosing a question and supplying an answer.
