From one centralized location, HomeBase will give you access to all your account information you have with us. You can quickly review and edit all your account information without the need of jumping from website to website.
On the front page, you are instantly given access to your domain registration history, billing activity, account status and more. It is the goal of Hosting Direct to give you one place to bookmark to reach every account detail you need. Hosting Direct also gives you access to your affiliate account details in HomeBase too.
Via the support tab within the HomeBase interface, you can contact the support team or get detail on your support tickets. You can also quickly jump to the live support chat if you need an even quicker support experience.
The purpose of the HomeBase tool is to bring together all the account details you manage with Hosting Direct.
